Return Policy

Items may be returned for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving item.  After 30 days items may be exchanged for like item or credit providing item is in new condition.


Custom-made orders are not subject to our normal 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee policy. We tailor your clothing according to the size specification which you provide us. However, in the very rare case of defective tailoring i.e. the actual dress size does not match the sizes you initially provided us by a significant margin, We shall be glad to offer you a free alteration service

Send a tracing of your hand including fingers for gloves or hand outline for mittens. 

Please make sure the cuff, which is the cut off line of your hand tracing, is where you would like your glove cuff to end.
